Thin sheets of lavash carefully wrap around the aromatic filling of juicy minced meat sautéed with onions and carrots. Fresh tomato slices, crispy lettuce leaves, and spicy garlic mayonnaise complement the composition. Chop the onion finely. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, sauté the onion. After 3 minutes, add the carrot and fry until the carrot is half cooked.

Add the minced meat to the onion and carrot, fry for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, season with salt and pepper.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Mix mayonnaise with garlic pressed through a press. Finely chop the greens.

Unroll the lavash, spread it with garlic mayonnaise, evenly distribute the filling on it, leaving 2-3 cm from the edges, and sprinkle with greens.

Spread garlic mayonnaise on both sides of the second lavash and place it on top of the filling. Distribute lettuce leaves over the lavash, place tomato slices on top of the lettuce, and drizzle mayonnaise over the tomatoes.
