Boil chicken meat, chop onion and mushrooms finely. Fry mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil for about 5-7 minutes, then add the meat. Immediately salt and pepper, pour in cream or sour cream. Reduce heat and cook for a couple more minutes (if adding cream - a bit longer until thickened, if sour cream - about 1 minute).

Grate the cheese. Mix the prepared sauce with half of the cheese. Place in heatproof dishes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. You can garnish with herbs when serving.
