For the preparation, grate the cheese (creamy type), add 2 eggs, milk, chopped onion, herbs (cilantro, parsley, basil to taste), and salt to taste.
- Hard cheese: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 150 ml
- Green onions: 50 g
- Green: 100 g
- Salt: to taste

Grease the baking dish with oil, lay down 1 layer of lavash, pour in the filling, then cover with a layer of lavash and pour in the filling again. Each layer is greased with the mixture (there can be as many layers as desired).
