Baked brie cheese with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and thyme is an exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines the creaminess of the cheese with the richness of aromatic additions. Brie, originating from France, is known for its soft texture and creamy flavor that pairs perfectly with the spiciness of garlic, the sweet-sour notes of sun-dried tomatoes, and the fresh aroma of thyme. Baking enhances the depth of flavor, making it warm, gooey, and rich. This dish is perfect for cozy evenings and festive gatherings—it can be served with crispy baguettes or fruits to create a harmony of textures and flavors. Easy to prepare yet elegant in presentation, baked brie will impress guests and make a wonderful addition to a wine tasting.

1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
2
Cut the rind off the cheese and dice it into small cubes, then transfer to a bowl.
- Brie cheese: 250 g

Add finely chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, thyme, and a bit of pepper. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish (the dish should be full, as the cheese will reduce in volume during cooking).

- Freshly ground white pepper: to taste
- Chopped fresh thyme: 1 teaspoon
4
Bake for 20–30 minutes until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.
