Julienne with ham and mushrooms is an exquisite dish of French cuisine that has gained popularity far beyond France. Its delicate creamy texture combines with the subtle aroma of mushrooms and the spiciness of ham, while the baked cheese adds an appetizing golden crust. Originally, julienne was made with chicken, but this ham version is equally delightful. It is the perfect dish for a cozy dinner or festive table, served in small portioned molds. The magnificent combination of flavors makes julienne versatile – it can be served as a hot appetizer or a light main course. The creamy sauce made from sour cream enriches the taste, creating tenderness in every bite.
