Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Cut the squid bodies in half lengthwise and carefully thread them onto skewers.
- Squid: 500 g

In a bowl, mix parmesan, olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Lightly beat the egg white and brush it on the squid. Sprinkle the squid with the cheese mixture.
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 60 g
