Fried tiger prawns in breadcrumbs with sauce

Breaded fried tiger shrimp with sauce is a true delight of Japanese cuisine, combining a crispy texture with rich flavor. This dish is inspired by traditional tempura methods but gains a unique character from a spicy mustard-based sauce with sesame oil and sweet chili. Juicy shrimp coated in airy panko breading become golden and crispy when fried, while fresh lime adds a refreshing tang. These shrimp are perfect for both festive dinners and light snacks, harmonizing well with Asian sides. Serving them with spicy sauce makes them a true gastronomic pleasure.
