Raw sunflower seeds should be washed well and soaked in cold water for 2 hours.
- Sunflower seeds: 1 glass

After two hours, rinse the seeds again and load them into the blender along with a peeled clove of garlic and the juice from a third of a lemon. Blend until smooth.
