Rice paper chips are a crispy and exquisite treat from Pan-Asian cuisine. Light and airy, they instantly puff up in hot oil, becoming golden and incredibly crunchy. Truffle oil adds refined mushroom notes, while spices like sea salt, sumac, and chili pepper create a balance between spiciness and freshness.
