Prepare the sauce: mix honey, soy sauce, mustard, balsamic cream, and vegetable oil.
- Honey: 5 g
- Soy sauce: 2 ml
- Dijon mustard: 3 g
- Balsamic cream: 5 g
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml

Cut the watermelon into six round slices resembling a plate.

Brush the steaks with oil. Grill each side for 1-2 minutes.
