Chinese-style smashed cucumbers

Cut the ends off the cucumbers and divide them into four parts.

Slice 5 cloves of garlic into rings.

Send cucumbers with garlic in nested bags. There should be several bags, and they must be very strong to avoid tearing. Twist them to expel excess air.

Next, take something to smash the cucumbers. The main goal is to crush the cucumbers and garlic to release their juice and mix them. The salad is called 'Smashed Cucumbers' because they are smashed.
