Pour boiling water over frozen squid, rinse with water, remove the chords and remnants of the insides.
- Squid: 500 g

Cut into strips. Peel the onion, slice it into half rings, and fry until soft.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
