Clean 1.5 kg of beans from pods. You can also use 750 g of already peeled frozen beans. Add the peeled beans to boiling salted water and cook for 4 minutes, adding 100 g of frozen green peas in the last 2 minutes.

Rinse the beans under cold running water and peel them.

In a food processor, make a smooth puree from beans and peas. Add 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt and the juice of 1 lemon, and mix well. Then finely chop the mint and add it to the puree. Transfer to a serving dish.

- Fresh mint: 20 g

Preheat the grill. Open the middle of 6 pitas and place them on the grill, toasting each side for 1 minute. Then remove, let the pitas cool, and cut into small pieces. Serve the pita pieces with a spoonful of bean dip.
