Peel and boil the potatoes until cooked. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Mash the hot potatoes, add butter, then flour, egg, salt, sautéed onion and mix thoroughly until smooth. From the resulting dough form twelve round patties 1.5 cm thick, placing sour cream in the center of each.
