Sugudai is an appetizer made from fresh, slightly marinated fish, popular in the north of Russia. The most simple marinades are used: lots of onions, vinegar, salt, black pepper.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut fresh fish into cubes about 2 cm on each side, removing skin and bones first.
- Red fish: 1 kg

Slice the onion into half rings.

Mix onion with fish.
