Honey cake from Christian restaurant

The Medovik from the Christian restaurant is the embodiment of sweet perfection inspired by traditional European recipes. This cake combines the tenderness of honey layers soaked in airy sour cream and cream frosting. Honey melted with butter and sugar gives the layers a caramel hue, while a hint of lemon juice balances the flavor harmoniously. The uniqueness of Medovik lies in its texture: soft layers gently blend with airy cream, and the finishing crumbs from the cake scraps add a crunchy note. This dessert is a true delight, especially when paired with fragrant tea. Medovik is not just a sweet treat but a symbol of coziness and family traditions, perfectly suited for festive occasions as well as cozy evenings with loved ones.
