Tres Leches, "Three Milks". An excellent dessert from the New World.

Sift the flour and baking powder, add salt. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Wheat flour: 225 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Beat softened butter with sugar until white using a mixer, add egg yolks, vanilla, and continue beating.
- Butter: 110 g
- Sugar: 150 g
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Add 180 ml of milk and flour, continue whisking.
- Milk: 240 ml
- Wheat flour: 225 g

Whip the egg whites separately into a strong foam. Gently mix the egg whites with the batter using a silicone spatula.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece

Grease the baking dish with butter and dust with flour to prevent the pie from sticking to the sides and bottom during baking.
- Butter: 110 g
- Wheat flour: 225 g

Carefully pour the batter into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Let the pie cool for 20 minutes. Poke it thoroughly with a fork so the filling absorbs well.

Mix the remaining milk, condensed milk, and concentrated milk, pour it over the pie so that it spreads evenly across the surface. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Milk: 240 ml
- Condensed milk: 380 g
- Concentrated milk: 380 ml

Whip the cream to soft peaks, then add powdered sugar and continue whipping to stiff peaks.
- Cream 35%: 350 ml
- Powdered sugar: 4 tablespoons
