Diet charlotte without wheat flour

Dietary charlotte without wheat flour is a light, airy pastry inspired by French culinary traditions. Unlike classic charlotte, it uses a mixture of rice and oat flour, making it ideal for those avoiding gluten. Apples provide natural sweetness and juiciness to the pastry, while cinnamon adds a warm, spicy aroma. Vanilla enhances the delicate flavor, and kefir ensures a tender texture of the dough. This dessert is suitable for healthy eating while remaining tasty and fragrant. It pairs wonderfully with a cup of freshly brewed tea or a light yogurt sauce, and its softness and natural sweetness make it an excellent option for a morning or afternoon treat. Easy to prepare and refined in taste, it offers pleasure without heaviness.
