Mix 1 tablespoon of gelatin with 1 cup of milk (any fat content)
- Gelatin: 1 tablespoon
- Milk: 1 glass

Soak for 20 minutes

Pour 1 cup of cream (33% fat) into a saucepan
- Cream: 1 glass

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the cream, a pinch of vanillin, and a little coffee.
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Vanillin: pinch
- Freshly brewed coffee: 100 ml

Bring to a boil and boil the cream for two minutes. Turn off the gas. Pour the soaked mixture from the first step into a pot. Stir and pour into glasses. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour or two.
