Cheese cake with sesame

Cheese cake with sesame is a delicate pastry with a rich cheese flavor and a light nutty aroma from the sesame. This recipe is inspired by Italian culinary traditions where cheese plays a key role in cooking. The cake is airy with a crispy crust while remaining soft and slightly moist inside. It pairs perfectly with breakfast alongside a cup of coffee or as an accompaniment to light snacks. A special mixing technique gives the batter a unique texture while maintaining its lightness and fluffiness. The cheese cake can be served warm or chilled and goes well with creamy sauces and fresh herbs. This cake is not only delicious but also versatile — it can be used as a standalone dish or as a base for more complex culinary experiments.

1
Mix the sifted flour, salt, and baking powder, then add a cup of cheese grated on a fine grater. Stir and make a well.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1.5 teaspoon
- Grated cheese: 1 glass
2
In another bowl, beat the eggs, add milk and oil. While continuing to beat, pour the mixture into the flour with cheese.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 1 glass
- Vegetable oil: 0.3 glass
3
Mix the mass with a wooden spatula. Just don't mix it too hard and intensely, but very slowly and carefully! In just a few moments, you can see how the dough has become homogeneous and the lumps of flour have disappeared.
4
Place the dough in a greased and breadcrumb-dusted mold, smoothing the surface. Cover the mold with baking paper and let it rest for 20 minutes. You can sprinkle sesame on top of the cake.
- Sesame seeds: to taste
5
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the cake for 50-60 minutes (baking time depends on the oven). If the cake is browned but not yet cooked through, cover it with foil and continue baking.
6
When the cheese cake is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a clean towel and leave it until completely cool.
