Yogurt pudding is a delicate dessert of British cuisine that combines an airy texture with rich flavor. Its roots trace back to traditional English puddings originally made to utilize leftover bread. This version uses low-fat yogurt and milk, making the dish light and healthy. The aroma of vanilla and the sweetness of raisins and apples give the pudding an exquisite taste that harmonizes with the softness of the bread. Baked to a golden crust, it is perfect for a cozy family tea time or as a warm finish to dinner. Serve it warm, garnished with a spoonful of honey or a scoop of ice cream to enhance its sweet and creamy notes.
