Date bars are a true embodiment of Arab traditions in sweet snacks. Dates, long considered a symbol of prosperity in the Arab world, provide natural sweetness and rich flavor. Combined with nuts and oats, they form a soft yet textured mass enhanced by a honey aroma. A light layer of melted dark chocolate adds depth and sophistication, making each bite a perfect balance of sweet and crunchy. These bars are not only delicious but also healthy – they energize and are ideal for snacking throughout the day. Their simplicity in preparation and natural ingredients have made them a favorite treat among health food enthusiasts.

We roast the nuts in a dry pan. Then we place the chocolate in a water bath to melt.
