Cherry inside and cherry outside. Lunch that has become a full-fledged dessert. Try to choose not the sweetest compote, so that it does not turn into jam during boiling.

Sprinkle sugar over the cherries, add a little cinnamon and vanilla sugar, and let it sit for about an hour.
- Cherry: 450 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Ground cinnamon: 5 g

For the test, mix starch and flour with an egg, add salt. Then gradually pour in water while kneading the dough. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands. Wrap it in plastic and let it sit in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
- Potato starch: 300 g
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste

Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles, place a little filling in each, and seal tightly.

Boil the dumplings until half-cooked in water. In a separate saucepan, pour in the compote, add cinnamon, and bring to a boil. Add the dumplings to the boiling compote and cook until done. Place the cooked dumplings on a plate and pour over the compote.
