Cream: in a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Mix sugar, starch, and salt in a small saucepan. Gradually pour in the milk and, stirring, place over medium heat until thickened. Bring to a boil. Continue cooking for about another minute.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Starch: 0.3 glass
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Milk: 3 glasss

Add a couple of tablespoons of this mixture to a bowl with eggs and quickly mix thoroughly to prevent the eggs from curdling. Then pour the beaten (prepared) eggs back into the pot. Place on low heat and let it simmer for about a minute, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, add butter and vanillin. Let it cool. Once the pot has cooled, place it in the refrigerator for complete cooling (you can cover it with plastic wrap to prevent a film from forming).
- Butter: 70 g

Crush the cookies in a plastic bag, then mix the crumbs in a bowl with sugar and melted butter. Spread it in a thick, even layer on a baking sheet and place it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

1. Place 2 tablespoons of baked crumbs in a serving dish. Use a smaller diameter glass to press the base for a firm, even layer. 2. Add a layer of chilled cream. 3. A few slices of banana. 4. Cover the bananas with whipped cream. 5. Sprinkle a bit more crumbs on top and drizzle with caramel. 6. Repeat the cream–bananas–whipped cream–crumbs and caramel once more.
