Oatmeal and cottage cheese cookies with almond crumbs
1 serving
35 minutes
Oatmeal cottage cheese cookies with almond crumble are a delicate, aromatic treat that combines the softness of cottage cheese, the light sweetness of honey and raisins, and a subtle nutty flavor of almonds. This recipe is rooted in Russian culinary traditions where homemade baking plays an important role. Oats give the cookies a pleasant texture and make them healthier, while cottage cheese provides airiness and a rich dairy taste. The almond crumble added at the end of baking reveals nutty notes, turning each cookie into a small gastronomic delight. It is perfect for breakfast or cozy tea time and pairs wonderfully with tea, coffee, and even warm milk. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible to everyone, while the result is a true joy for homemade baking lovers.
