We start preparing for baking the pie by preparing the baking pan. We line the pan with parchment paper. We grease the parchment with butter. We place the pan in the fridge to prevent the butter from melting.
- Butter: 30 g

Next, we wash, clean, and cut the apples into medium-sized pieces. We drizzle the apples with juice from ¼ lemon to prevent them from browning and to keep their appearance. We add sugar to taste and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. Everything is mixed gently and set aside.
- Apple: 5 piece

- Sugar: 1 glass
- Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons

We beat two eggs with a cup of sugar, adding the sugar gradually.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the resulting mixture. Mix again. In the end, we get a fairly stable foam.

Add 30 g of softened butter and mix everything.

At the same time, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees. This is because the pie will be baked in a preheated oven.

Add 1 cup of kefir to the mixture and stir everything with a spoon.

After that, gradually add the sifted flour to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Make sure there are no lumps in the dough.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass

At the end, add 1 tsp of baking soda mixed with 1 tsp of vinegar. The dough should have a consistency like thick sour cream. It should not pour off the spoon but slowly fall from it.

Take the baking dish out of the fridge. Spread about ½ of the dough on the bottom and smooth it out.

We generously place the prepared apples on top of the dough.
