Nut cookies without flour are a delightful treat inspired by traditional American cuisine. Its roots trace back to recipes where flour is replaced with nuts, creating a unique texture and rich nutty flavor. Roasted hazelnuts give the cookies a deep aroma, while brown sugar adds caramel sweetness. Vanilla extract provides a refined aftertaste, and the airy structure of egg whites makes them light and fragile. These cookies pair perfectly with coffee or hot chocolate, and their exquisite taste makes them an excellent option for festive treats.
