Using a blender, mix softened butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. The sugar should completely dissolve. Add cottage cheese and blend again until smooth.

Divide the mass into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one part and mix.

Place some cottage cheese on plastic wrap and shape it into a cheese. Put raspberries or any other berry inside.

Put in the freezer until frozen.

Heat the cream and add chocolate pieces. The glaze should not be overheated. When the chocolate is completely melted, pour this syrup over the cottage cheese preparations and put them back in the freezer.
