Fruit Lasagna

Fruit lasagna is an original and delicate dish inspired by Italian classics but with a bright sweet twist. Instead of traditional meat or vegetable filling, juicy bananas and oranges take center stage, revealing their full flavor when baked. The cottage cheese-fruit mixture with raisins and aromatic cinnamon gives the dessert a velvety texture, while the light caramelization of the fruits makes it wonderfully tender. This version of lasagna is an ideal choice for lovers of unusual desserts, perfect for both cozy family tea times and festive tables. Topped with powdered sugar and decorated with strawberries, fruit lasagna becomes a truly elegant finale to any feast.
