I soften the butter, personally I melt it in a bowl on the stove until it becomes liquid. We add 100 grams of sour cream and flour with baking powder. It's better to sift the flour.
- Butter: 150 g
- Sour cream: 300 g
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Knead a soft, homogeneous dough and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling and topping. Topping: whisk the remaining sour cream with sugar, egg, and two tablespoons of flour until the sugar is completely dissolved. You can also add cinnamon to the topping, although it's very tasty without it.
- Sour cream: 300 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 250 g

Filling: remove seeds and other unwanted insides from the apples. I leave the skin on, but it's a matter of preference. Cut into thin but large slices. (Don't forget to turn on the oven beforehand to let it preheat!)

The dough has cooled down by this time. We take a mold and lay the dough in it, making high edges. I don't grease the mold with oil, as there is enough oil in the dough, but if your mold is not silicone, you can grease it.
