Dissolve yeast and half a tablespoon of sugar in warm milk. Beat the eggs with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
- Milk: 200 ml
- Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Gradually add flour and milk with yeast. Knead the dough and set it aside in a bowl. The dough should rise 3 times.

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, 2 tsp of flour, and 2 tsp of sugar until smooth. Divide the dough into small balls.
- Sour cream 10%: 100 g
- Cream cheese: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons

Place on a baking sheet and press with fingers. Put the filling in the center. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
