A pear and cinnamon bun is the embodiment of coziness and home warmth, a symbol of Russian baking infused with the aromas of sweet pears and spicy cinnamon. Its roots trace back to traditional Slavic recipes where the combination of fruits and spices creates a harmonious flavor. The dough is soft and airy thanks to kefir and butter, while the filling reveals the tenderness of pear with a warm hint of cinnamon. This bun is perfect for cozy tea times, complementing a hot drink with its sweet filling and crispy crust adorned with nuts and berries. It can be served for breakfast, as a dessert, or simply to enjoy the moment when you want to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of home warmth.
