For the sponge cake batter, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites into a strong foam. While continuing to whip, gradually add 2 cups of sugar. Add the egg yolks (one at a time). In several additions, add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Sugar: 3 glasss
- Chicken egg: 6 pieces
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 10 g

Grease the mold with oil and line it with baking paper.

Pour a third of the batter into a greased mold, bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, remove from the mold, and let cool.

Add cocoa to the remaining dough, mix it, pour into a mold, and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

For the cream, whip the sour cream until fluffy and airy (about 10 minutes). Add 1 cup of sugar and whip for another 5 minutes.
- Sour cream 35%: 700 g

Layering: first place some cherries, some nuts, and some biscuit cubes, then pour cream over everything and repeat until a mound forms.

- Walnuts: 130 g
