Charlotte without eggs

Eggless charlotte is a tender and fragrant pie with roots in North African culinary traditions. Its texture is airy and soft due to the combination of semolina and kefir, while the sweet tang of green apples adds a special flavor. Vanilla sugar adds subtle notes of sophistication, and lemon juice makes the dough lighter and airier. This pie is perfect for morning tea or a cozy family evening. It can be served warm, complemented with honey or cinnamon, and also used as a base for desserts with fruits and nuts. The simplicity of preparation and availability of ingredients make it an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy traditional baking without using eggs while preserving its rich flavor palette.
