Cinnamon bread is a fragrant pastry with a delicate taste and light sweetness. This recipe is inspired by European traditions where cinnamon is often used to give a warm, cozy aroma to bread and desserts. The base consists of oat flour and rye bran, making the bread not only tasty but also healthy. Apple juice adds a slight fruity tang, while vanillin softens the flavor. This bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack, especially when paired with honey or butter. Its golden crust crunches with every bite while remaining soft and airy inside. It’s a baked good that warms the soul and fills the home with pleasant aromas of fresh bread and spicy cinnamon.
