Vegan white bean pie is a true find for lovers of healthy and original food. Its roots go back to European cuisine, where beans have long been used not only in soups but also in desserts. White beans give the pie tenderness and moisture, while oats provide a light texture and nutrition. Apple adds natural sweetness, and cinnamon and vanilla fill it with an aroma that evokes cozy associations. The pie turns out soft, moderately sweet, with subtle spicy notes. It is perfect for breakfast or a snack and makes a wonderful addition to tea time. The vegan composition makes it accessible for everyone following a plant-based diet, while its simplicity in preparation makes it a favorite recipe for every day.
