Coconut meringue is a delicate treat of European cuisine, embodying tenderness and airiness in every bite. The history of this dessert traces back to traditional French meringues, but the coconut flakes add an exotic touch. The flavor of coconut meringue is gentle and crispy, with a light sweetness and refreshing hint of lemon. It is perfect as a standalone treat or as an accompaniment to morning coffee and tea time. Its airy structure makes it pleasant to taste, while baking at low temperatures achieves the perfect texture—crispy on the outside and melting on the inside. This dessert will bring you joy in every moment of tasting.
