Salmon, broccoli, and cheese pie is a delightful combination of tender red fish, creamy cheese, and crispy broccoli. This pie, inspired by European culinary traditions, brings a balance of flavors—from the richness of salmon to the softness of cream and the spiciness of cheese. The base consists of a crispy crust that perfectly complements the juicy filling. A light aroma of paprika and black pepper enhances the dish's sophistication. This pie is an excellent choice for a family dinner or festive gathering. It easily lends itself to variations: you can add herbs or other spices. Served warm, ideally with a glass of white wine or fragrant tea.
