Homemade pie with condensed milk is a cozy treat that evokes memories of warm family evenings. Its simple yet rich ingredients make the pastry tender and airy. The sweetness of condensed milk harmonizes with the softness of cinnamon, giving the pie a light spiciness. The history of such pies traces back to traditional European recipes when housewives aimed to create desserts from available ingredients. After baking, it is soaked in sour cream, making it especially soft and juicy. This pie is perfect for morning coffee or evening tea, creating an atmosphere of comfort and home warmth.
