Cream the soft butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, almond flour, cinnamon, flour, and baking powder at the end.
- Butter: 80 g
- Sugar: 60 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Almond powder: 40 g
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

Mix the dough and knead it by hand. Roll the dough into a ball. Roll out to a thickness of 4-5 mm and cut cookies with a cutter.

Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool and decorate with glaze.
