Chop nuts and dates in a blender, add salt.
- Dates: 25 pieces
- Almond: 75 g
- Salt: pinch

Place the mass in portion molds, leveling it out (the resulting date baskets should be dense enough and not thin to hold the filling inside).

Place the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
