Plum and apple pie is a delicate pastry with a vibrant fruity flavor that combines the sweetness of apples and the slight tartness of plums. The roots of this pie go back to the traditions of Russian cuisine, where the combination of yeast dough and seasonal fruits has always been popular. Thanks to its special 'snail' shape, each piece is infused with the aroma of vanilla sugar and has a rich texture. It can be served warm with a cup of tea or chilled, enjoying the softness of the dough and the juiciness of the filling. This pie will be a decoration for family gatherings and an excellent way to enjoy the flavors of Russian cuisine.
