Lemon tender pie is the embodiment of sunny flavor in Italian cuisine. Its roots trace back to home baking, where simple ingredients turn into a work of art. This pie combines the rich creaminess of sour cream, the softness of butter, and the bright citrus tang of lemon, creating a harmony of sweetness and freshness. With every bite, there’s a pleasant contrast between the delicate dough and juicy fruit filling. It’s easy to prepare, but its taste and aroma linger long, making you return to this cozy dessert time and again. Serve it with a cup of hot tea or aromatic coffee, lightly dusted with powdered sugar – the perfect ending to a meal or companion for a leisurely conversation.

1
Mix sour cream with baking soda. Add melted butter to the sour cream and mix until smooth. Gradually start adding flour in small portions. After adding 1.5 cups, check: if the dough sticks to your hands, add the remaining half cup. Otherwise - it's not necessary.
