French Banana Bread

French banana bread is a refined blend of delicate banana flavor with rich nutty notes. This recipe draws inspiration from classic French baking traditions, enhanced by the sweetness of ripe bananas and the airy texture of oats. A light vanilla aroma adds sophistication, while almonds provide a crunchy structure. The bread is soft, rich, and slightly caramelized thanks to cane sugar. This bread is a great option for breakfast or an afternoon snack and can be served with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea. It is good both fresh and slightly toasted with butter.

1
Mash the peeled bananas into a puree. Chop the walnuts coarsely (if using almonds, you can leave them whole).
- Bananas: 4 pieces
- Almond: 200 g
2
Melt the butter, add sugar and stir until it dissolves. Mix with banana puree. Beat the eggs with a fork and add to the mixture, stirring thoroughly.
- Cane sugar: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
