Marshmallow Brownie

Brownies with marshmallows are a true delight for chocolate lovers and delicate textures. Originating from British cuisine, this dessert combines the rich taste of dark chocolate with the fluffiness of marshmallows and the crunchy notes of walnuts. Legend has it that brownies were created accidentally when a baker forgot to add baking powder to the batter, resulting in a dense yet incredibly tasty structure. In this recipe, a velvety glaze made from melted chocolate and cream adds extra depth of flavor, while fresh berries provide a light tartness. This dessert is perfect for cozy tea times or festive dinners, and its contrasting textures make each bite special.
