Homemade bread with raisins and cinnamon is a cozy treat filled with the aromas of childhood and warmth. In Russian cuisine, sweet yeast bread has always been a symbol of the home hearth, and this recipe is no exception. The tender dough, soaked in milky softness, hides juicy raisins inside that add a light fruity sweetness. Cinnamon and sugar create an appetizing caramel crust and a rich spicy aroma that fills the home with coziness.
