Muffins with melted milk are delicate pastries with a deep, creamy flavor inspired by the traditions of using melted milk in European cuisine. This slowly cooked milk gives the dough a special caramel note and softness. The muffins turn out airy and fragrant, with a subtle sweetness that harmonizes with a crispy crust. They can be served as an independent treat for morning tea or coffee and can also be complemented with berries, honey, or nuts for new taste experiences. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for beginner cooks, and the pleasure from the result is incomparable.
