Cheese cookies are a fragrant and delicate treat with a crispy crust and rich cheese flavor. In Jewish cuisine, baked goods play a special role, uniting traditions and family values. This cookie is a magnificent combination of butter, two types of cheese, and airy dough that literally melts in your mouth. Its fragile texture makes it an ideal complement to morning coffee or a glass of wine. It can be served as a standalone snack or as an appetizer to main dishes. The ease of preparation and minimal ingredients make this recipe an excellent choice for home baking when you want something simple yet exquisite. The warm, slightly cooled cookie reveals the depth of the cheese flavor, while the salty note emphasizes its refined character.
