Apple-yogurt muffins are a delicate pastry with a slight tartness from apples and creamy softness from yogurt. This dessert embodies European home baking traditions, where simple yet quality ingredients create cozy enjoyment. The light texture of the muffins is achieved through baking powder, while vanilla sugar adds a subtle aroma. They are perfect for morning tea or as a sweet treat for every day. Optionally, they can be dusted with powdered sugar to highlight their exquisite taste. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for culinary beginners, and the combination of apple and yogurt gives the muffins special juiciness and freshness.
