Pistachio financiers are an exquisite French delicacy that captivates with its delicate flavor and tender texture. They originate from France's culinary tradition, and their name is linked to the financial circles of Paris – originally these small cakes were made in the shape of gold bars. In this version of the classic recipe, the addition of pistachios gives a special nutty note, enriching the taste and creating an appetizing color. The crispy crust outside and airy, moist interior make them a perfect accompaniment to a cup of freshly brewed coffee or fragrant tea. Financiers can be served as an elegant dessert for any celebration or simply to indulge in the refined taste of French pastries.
